Is it me or is Prospect street just one big noisy polluted bus stop? Why do the buses have to thunder down this street in both directions? One would have expected the buses to enter and leave the new interchange from Ferensway from both Castle street and freetown way and utilising Market place, Low Gate to pick up/drop off passengers. Either that or nice quiet pollution free Hydrogen fuel / Electric buses would be very welcome .

ok, its true there are far too many bad cyclists on our roads, but to be fair there is a fundamental flaw in cycle lanes on our roads, very often these lanes accomodate parked cars and pot holes and a host of other dangers, cycle lanes are far too dangerous for our children with heavy goods vehicles, buses, and lets face it "far too many cars" passing to within inches of the cyclists. My family and I have spent a wonderful holiday cycling around…

Is it time for Hull to dump Hull fair? I think so, Lets face it its expensive, shabby, Noisy, smelly, it attracts the local "gang thugs" its a logistical nightmare for the police, ambulance services etc. It causes traffic chaos not just for the poor residents but for all road users, the fair fleeces the local economy out of millions of pounds. And the carbon footprint must be enormous. Can the people of Hull afford this annual nightmare?

Many years ago I decided to investigate the subject of extraterestrial visits from other civilations to the earth.
