My saga continues. recently I was taken to a tribunal by two of my former staff, who claimed redundancy and won their cases which is fair…Unfortunatly I do not have any money to pay these two lovely ladies and so the government will pay them as per the rules..ie tribunal first statement of means..John cannot afford it so the government will pay..etc… which seemed fair and just… then came a clanger I received a letter from the very same tribunal…
