I keep hearing adverts advising girls to carry condoms at all times & ones offering vacinations against stds to 12-14 year olds. Maybe they should try teaching moral values to the young instead.what do others think?

a friend of mine has just received an application form for a secretarial / admin. support at the council. one of the essential criteria was to be experienced in minute taking since they had no previous experience of this they could,nt apply. something which was’nt essential was the ability to speak or understand english as an interpreteur would be available, seems quiet strange to me.
