Points are given for good behaviour and for all manner of things which kids usually avoid doing. As a special treat the one with the most points at the end of the month gets a trip to see "Girls…

More stealth taxation it seems. Another good idea in theory, but in practice the only difference this cpc will make is financial.

I notice the EC have had minimal decency to provide the "Aquired rights" for existing drivers, but we still have to go through the 35 hours of training every 5 years to keep our licence. Noah, I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy to spend Nights out down in the south. You are absolutely right in pointing out the lack of places to park in that neck of the woods. Even the Industrial estates are out of bounds because they all seem to be adopting the yellow lines everywhere and some estates even have signs up saying "overnight parking will result in being clamped". No Parking, No hot meals, what a life eh?
