Q2 – Great birds on a windy day! A mark of quality.

Q3 – Huge seabird. Often associated with bad luck, it certainly wasn’t for…

No, not the environmental lobby group but the green peace in our own city. What’s your favourite ‘green-space’? Where do you go to relax? We are lucky here in Hull to have some lovely parks, but they aren’t the only ‘green-spaces’ in the area. Silly me. Of course you’re right, Colombo – I think it was Windowleen I was thinking of.I can remember my mam using newspaper for the windows and us kids, well we also used it, but it wasn’t for the windows…and this was a well-deserved fate for some newpapers, according to my dad! I’m not a great one for housework – I find that if you clean things they only get dirty again…!

Here’s the questions for bird-brain quiz no.3. It’s just for fun, first all-correct answers posted is the winner to be announced next week. I’ve given fewer clues this time as there seems to be a lot of bird-brains out there! Which makes me wonder why you aren’t members of the Wild About Hull & East Riding group?! Here goes –

Q1 – This ‘goody’ once appeared on TV’s Big Brother.

Q2 – The only bird unique to Britain. Clue – William the Scot…
