Autmumn is on its way folks i love it the Mrs hates it,she has that syndrome sad i think it is called.Leaves will soon start falling of the trees,then christmas,she hates that as well.

    Last year I was dressed in the full Michael Myers suit from the movie series "Halloween". The street was packed with kids and it was a really good atmosphere, I even walked to the local shops to buy a bottle of fizzy drink and almost laughed out loud when everyone stopped and watched me.

    The highlight of the evening was when a teenager came to the house dressed in the full costume from "Scream", I opened the door and we both just looked at each other for about 5 minutes!

    Yea, I had the blue boiler suit on and white mask!

    A few years back (2006 I think) we were invited to a fancy dress-halloween-gotic wedding, at Whitby. My wife went as death and I as Michael Myers. The wedding was great and the reception was held in a little pub overlooking the harbour. Pumpkins sat in the middle of the table and cobwebs hung from the ceiling. During the night I had a serious attack (I have a bad heart) and an ambulance was called, of course the closest hospital was in Scarborough, so I was taken across the North York Moors at Midnight on Halloween. I was kept in until the early hours and was eventually let out. Still dressed in the blue boiler suit, people thought I worked there!
