Bar Six, Texan Bar Mc’Gowens Toffee Bars, Treats they melt in your mouth not in your hands. Anymore! I will have to stop now drooling at the mouth.

    Banjo’s, nice and nuttys yankee bars, and pacers they were like opal fruits but mint with a green strip on them.

    Needlers Sensations!! I used to work there on the line producing them and had soft spot for them, especially at Hull Fair Time, when "Toffee Apple" flavour came out!

    I’ve heard Opal Fruits are coming back again instead of Starburst. Ok so not a long lost sweet but least the original names coming back. Why do they change the names. It’s pointless really apart from putting the sweet in the media for a short while.

    ja those drinks were simpsons drinks i think but i do remember those and travellingman go to asda they always do caramacs mmmmm. i used to get a bag of blue mouth sweets on the way to school and my mouth and lips would be sooo blue the teachers banned them in the end . and choc dip mmmm we used to tip the bag into our mouths and the bag would end up soggy eugh. highland toffe too and im sure one of my fav was called a macaroon bar and cough candy twists were yummy too

    I know they’re not sweets but penny flats ice lollys from the little shop in East park,they were nice.Oh and an ice lolly called little lord fauntleroy(i think)was toffee flavoured and had toffee in the middle,yummy.penny bubblies where lots bigger when they were a penny,chocolate logs,with nuts in them,mentholyptus tabs,small squares of mentholyptus,monkey nuts,the old lucky bags were better.The shop near tower do lots of the old sweets too…
