On the first Sunday of every month the group meets for a relaxed and informal discussion about local history. Very often there is a speaker, the most recent was a Hull lady who has written and published her autobiography, in the past the group has helped choose short films which are to be digitally preserved by the Yorkshire Film Archive.
An interesting way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon, in the lovely Carnegie building 1.30pm start.
