Deadline for Constructive Dismissal

A lot of people don’t know this, but it is very important for people wanting to take a case of constructive dismissal against their firm that there is a time limit of 3 months from the last incident. A lot of people think it is three months after they have left, but if you are required to give 4 months’ notice, for example and you are complaining about a time before that, you will be out of time.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE TAKING A GRIEVANCE OUT AGAINST YOUR EMPLOYER FOR CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL -THE TIME LIMIT IS 3 MONTHS FROM THE LAST INCIDENT THAT YOU ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT.
