there is a new bladerunner film out. go and see it if you havent seen it beofre. if you havent seen it stop reading NOW cos i’m about to spoil the ending…
i think it’s meant to be a digital remaster of the directors cut but i cant remember which is which
i know the first cut had a voiceover which the directors cut didnt, but i cant remember which one had which ending… i think the original is one where he thinks he might be a replicant but they go off into the sunset, and directors cut is the one where you just dont know.
TRIVIA TIME! bladerunner is one of a very small number of films with a directors cut that is actually shorter thnat the original version…
theres the bit where he has a dream about a unicorn and so when the replicant programmer guy makes him a origarmi unicorn its supposed to make you think that he planted the memory or something. this was all cut out to make it more uncertain.
either way i think its a great film
