One of the most popular questions I am asked about Hull and the Paranormal is "Where can I learn more?"
I prefer to read, and as such have collected thousands of books on the subject, ranging from Alien Abduction, to the Zodiac, and all stops in between.
I have rarities, 1st editions and signed copies, of some of the finest books available in the field.
Here are a few from my collection, which feature Kingston Upon Hull.

Hull based Paranormal Investigators Ghosttrackers were recently given the challenge, of investigating an 800 year old castle with a dark history.
Yester Castle is located on the outskirts of a small Scottish village called Gifford and several miles away from civilisation.
The castle can only be reached via game trails and ancient paths, which are now overgrown and ankle deep in mud!
The trek from the car park to the castle took several…

On Saturday 2nd of August Hull based Paranormal Investigators "Ghosttrackers", will embark on a 240 mile journey to a location steeped in mystery.
The location is a highly guarded secret but one which has several frightful legends attached. One such legend involves a mysterious Lord who made a pact with the Devil and in return the Dark Lord built him a hall to carry out his dark deeds in.

In 1917 two photographs appeared which seemed to change people’s outlooks on the exsistance of "fairy folk" overnight. The pictures were taken by cousins Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths at the bottom of a garden in Cottingley. The images showed fairies!
Only 5 photo’s of the fairies were taken, but the images were reproduced everywere. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle got involved with the case and the pictures were analysed, yet they seemed authentic…

In 2006 Hull’s Maritime Museum played host to a weird and wonderful marvel of Fortean Phenomena.
It was a cryptozoologists dream, but I sadly missed it!
So here for all to see is Little Doug!
Suggestions range from a Mermaid, Seahorse to a baby sea monster!!
Does anyone remember seeing it?
Here is a forum discussing "Little Doug"

Mermaids are the stuff of myth and legend worldwide. It is rumoured this ancient race will sing until ships or ship wrecked sailors will head in their direction until they are never seen again!
Many people have witnessed them over the years but few have actually provided proof of their exsistance.
So what is the strange beast that resides in Hull’s Maritime Museum?
Look at the picture and decide for yourself!

Spontaneous Human Combustion (or SHC) is a neglected scientific mystery, where humans have been discovered burnt to a crisp. More often than not the surroundings remain untouched, and no screams or cry’s of help have ever been heard.
There are numerous explainations as to what causes it, from external sources of heat, to static electricity.
Here is a wiki entry with all the facts,
