recently I tried pan fried peaches lightly caremalised with brown sugar topped with melted chocolate with cream stirred through, this really worked and is perfect for getting flavour out of supermarket peaches.
I have seen recipes for chilli with chocolate but haven’t been brave enought to try.

my favorite chocolate was black magic all those soft centres coffee cream and fudge my mouths watering already but what have they done to them they are just squares of chocolate that have been flavoured now boo hoo how shall i survive with out my coffee cream.

its been a little warm and sticky, so why not cool off with iced fruit and chocolate lollies.
all you need are wooden sticks, fruit and chocolate.
its so easy even the kids can make them,
you can use any fruit, raspberries, strawberries, mango, pears, apple.
just put the fruit on the sticks put them in the freezer, about two hours later melt some chocolate, dark chocolate works well with sweet fruits and white chocolate with bitter fruits…

I’ve got to share this with you; its so easy to make and yummy to eat.
For a quick treat boil some double cream with fresh mint for 5 mins, then add chocolate buttons and take off the heat, stir until smooth and pour into little cups or nice glasses and pop in the fridge for about a 1 hour then top with fresh fruit. its great for dinner parties
