I notice in the Advertiser today an anti-bullying campaign by youngsters in Hull. Youngsters between 9 and 16 hand out anti-bullying cards. They have different colours and slogans and designs on the cards. I saw this in the Hull Daily Mail this morning.
A volunteer group in Hull has highlighted the "hidden problem" of adult bullying. Youth group ACE has been distributing leaflets to GP’s surgeries, libraries, buses and sports groups in Hull, to help victims of bullying. A lot of people don’t know this, but it is very important for people wanting to take a case of constructive dismissal against their firm that there is a time limit of 3 months from the last incident. A lot of people think it is three months after they have left, but if you are required to give 4 months’ notice, for example and you are complaining about a time before that, you will be out of time.
