Welcome to Your Mail. Before you begin using Your Mail you must read and agree to the Your Mail Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Your Mail service.
Please print off or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions and periodically review them. Mail News & Media Ltd. reserves the right to update or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time – we will notify registered users of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via email.

In order to access some features of the Your Mail site, you will have to register with the site. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information.
It is a condition of Mail News & Media Ltd. allowing you, the user, access to the Your Mail site that you assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure.

You agree that you are responsible for your own use of Your Mail, for any posts you make and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use Your Mail in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws, rules and regulations. You agree to abide by the Your Mail Terms of Service. Any violation may result in immediate termination of this agreement and may subject you to other legal consequences. Mail News & Media Ltd. reserves the right to investigate and moderate your use of Your Mail in order to (a) determine whether a violation of the agreement has occurred or (b) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or Governmental request.
We retain the right to disclose details to appropriate parties where users have seriously breached the Terms of Service of Your Mail.
When posting on the Your Mail site please be aware that unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
Posts containing languages other than English will be removed to enable fair moderation.
Your Mail does not allow impersonation of other users or individuals. If you think that someone is impersonating you please contact yourmail@mailnewsmedia.co.uk
Please do not use inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names. Any user found to be doing so will have their user account deleted.
URLs (web site addresses) may be posted. However Mail News & Media Ltd. is not responsible for any links to external websites or their content.
Unless expressly authorised in writing by Mail News & Media Ltd. you agree not to advertise or promote for financial gain. Your Mail will remove posts that are of a commercial nature, if you wish to advertise on Your Mail please fill in your details on this form; http://www.thisisyourmail.co.uk/pages/advertise
You agree; not to use the Your Mail site or any content for any commercial use, or to collect or harvest any personal data of any user of the Your Mail site (and agree that this shall be deemed to include Your Mail account names).
You agree not to use Your Mail and its content for the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise.
You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Your Mail site with respect to their posts.
Unless expressly authorised in writing by Mail News & Media Ltd. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes (a) any portion of Your Mail (b) use of Your Mail or© access to Your Mail.
Your Mail does not allow spamming or multiple posts. We will not allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please do not re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
Much of the content of Your Mail is provided by and is the responsibility of the person or people who made such postings. Your Mail reserves the right to moderate (edit or delete) the content posted on Your Mail on a post-published basis in a reasonable time. However, Your Mail takes no responsibility for posted content. Instead, Your Mail merely provides access to such content as a service to its users.
